unhygienic and uncleaned room,with bad orders...no parking facilities, very rude behavior as they clamed as hotel but it is actually a guesthouse and for that we paid absolutely unhappy with each and every thing regarding this so-called hotel ,don't choose this hotel and photos are tricky taken so no one can judge the reality of this hotel on screen...

Very close to Ganga the Hotel is as per its cost. Cleanliness is not great but people attitude is very positive & supportive.

Disappointing Stay – Extremely Small Rooms I recently stayed at Century Plaza, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue was the size of the room—it was unbelievably small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. There was barely any space to move around, and storing luggage was a challenge. For the price, I expected at least a reasonable amount of space, but instead, it felt more like a closet than a hotel room. The photos online were quite misleading, as they made the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. It was stinking a lot to

The condition of room was not worth Washrooms were small. Geysers were not installed in washroom. Room size were also small. Room numbers were 204 and 301. Washrooms were small.

It's good enough for spending a night or two just for sleeping, rest there are no amenities but the staff was polite and helpful

The room was not cleaned and mosquitoes were there . No windows in the room . Moisture was on the bed and blanket. But one good thing was there that staff behaviour was good.

The stay is clearly not for people with family. The room size was extremely small. It was very uncomfortable.

The ambience, location and the arrangements for everything was really good. Staffs very supportive and the rooms were actually very clean and hygienic. Very close to assi ghat wo location wise too it was perfect.

The hotel was certainly not worth the price we paid. The rooms are small, essentials in bathroom not working properly. It was below average stay with a premium price tag. Won't recommend.

Good location, food and hygiene.

We had gone with our family. There were senior citizens as well with us. There is no lift in the property which makes it difficult for old people. The rooms are decent and were clean as well. One room which was allocated to us had wet walls due to which room was stinking. However the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good!

It was nice staying here. Rooms, linen, washroom are very neat and clean. Also staff behavior is very good and they tried to help us in the best possible way. Overall experience is very good. Nothing more. Thanks
