Rooms and amenities are good but did not get any service from the service boys. Need to go and find the room without anyone's help even in the check in time also. Did not get service during check out as well from the service boys. Lesser items were available in the breakfast menu being a reputed hotel

Poor customer service
businessFood is not good, room was dirty, staff behaviour very bad specifically manager very rudely behaved us, he charged extra bed because my friend want to meet me.

Excellent customer service and stay
We went there for one day stay and find it very nice and comfortable room. The food is also tasty, we ordered pane-er handi and it is delicious and the quantity is also good. Overall the facilities and food are worth the price.

My travel to Itarsi made me stay here. Well spoken front desk, rooms could have been more cleaner. Plus no hot water and TV (not recharged).
