Good location & will managed property. Clean & spacious. 3 rooms with attached washrooms. Lawn for sit out.

Pros: villa was nice to stay, peaceful location. Cons: there were no proper locks on the door. The whole road inside the property had no lights, it got really dark in the night. There was no security and caretaker leaves around 7pm, so it’s just your family alone in a secluded place. When we went there was no electricity for 4 hrs and it got really hot in the afternoon with no ac. Tv and few amenities weren’t working. For group of friends it might be okay but for family not recommend at all.

Nice property, great location, quite place. We had rented the property for 1 day only, next time will plan for a longer duration. It's not to far from other tourist location. It's not very commercialized. The caretaker is a great guy, very helpful, always their to help. Highly recommended

We booked the entire villa but we were told the kitchen could not be used. Found that strange and inconvenient because we had a child with us. Wifi was also iffy.

Beautiful property with lake access with a small walk which is their private venue. Mr prakash is very helpful for anything you need, just have to inform him and he will ensure it is done. Cozy small villa. They provide butler service with just per day that includes getting groceries and vegetables from market, a private chef that prepares any food that you need, curated experience that you would love during your vacation.

I had booked 2 bedroom property. Property earlier used to be a good one but over a period of time it needs upgradation. Lake view is just partial. Although it's caretaker mr prakash ram is a good person, ever ready to help but overall i can say that it is overly priced compare to it's present condition.

It's a good property with prime location. Caretaker of the property mr prakash ram is also a good person with always ready to help. However this property needs extensive renovation. Over a period of time, property looks shabby. Lake view is partial as vegetation between the lake and the property grown substantially. Also two double storied buildings also came up between the lake and the property. In 3 bhk cottage, their are only 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is having only powder room with no bathing facility. Overall, i can say that the property tarrif is expensive commensurate to it's condition. Similar is the case of 2 bedroom property which is quite far off from this 3 bhk one. So if any family takes both the cottages, family will be divided into two.

This is a beautiful little cottage surrounded by mountains and trees. We had an amazing stay and the caretaker was very cordial. Super duper for taking a break and snuggling into cosiness

The property was located in naukiachetal and is a very cosy 2 villas. The lake is just next to the hotel and views are very good. The caretaker mr. Prakash was very humble and took great care of us. The food was also very good. We also enjoyed the bonfire. No

Excellent stay and recommended for family members

Mm t should recheck and check luxe property standards. Lots of insects all inside property in living room, crawling insects on bed sheets. Safety is not good as the main gate is with glass & no guard guarding the property. Kitchen is not at al adequate to make a meal. Does not meet standards of mmt luxe property. Although care takers were helpful and responding and trying to clean away insects whenever called.

Comfy and close to lap of Nature with the birds chirping and the greenery all around. Overall a complete package. do visit with family/friends. Special thanks to Mr. Prakash. always ready to serve you the best👍Will surely visit again 😊

This is really a nice property, with good location, having private entry to lake, host mr. Prakash is very helpful and we enjoyed, staying thereand like to visit again.

The bungalow is well kept and is nice and clean. It's great for families as it has two rooms and a small living room and a kitchen. However, please make sure that you have checked all minute details before making the booking. Eg. We were asked to pay rs 1500 extra for our help (1 person charge. Did not expect this as we had booked the complete bungalow and assumed that it could easily house our help within that booking we were asked to pay rs. 2000 extra if we wished to use the gas and the kitchen services. Quite strange because the same is within the bungalow. I have stayed in many homestays, but never had to pay for extras like these. It's a nice place to stay but just double check on the extras before making the booking.

Photos did not match the property they have mixed the photos of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas. So you don’t know in which villa you’re staying. in reality there was not even a cook available. No tea bags and coffee pouches were available. And there was no way to contact the host of this property.

Stay was decent but not that great, as it was not very well maintained and structured : for e. G. Kitchen was not big enough, one of the bedroom was not having a full fledged washroom. Although location was good but overall stay was average.

The stay was great lake was jst 50 mtrs away hosr prakash was gr 8 and cook was excellent
