Start with argument, ending with a help from hotel guy
When I tried to call the hotel, to get the directions from Airport, they did not responded and even after a great struggle I found the place but they refused to give me a room, which was fully paid through Makemytrip. At first they said they do not have any room reserved for me and after I showed them the Whatsapp communication with them, they gave me a room, which was not cleaned. After I settled in the room, they are cooperating with my requests and at the last day, the guy who is working at this place helped to carry my luggage and arrange an auto and followed me up to Nandi circle, where he arranged a cycle rikshaw to my final destination. For his care only I am giving 3 stars to this place. When compared to other few places in Varanasi, which I visited, this hotel rooms are neat, and bathroom is good.
