    nice space and well organized room. however location of property is not good, it is situated at local minority area. further it is situated at 3rd floor and no lift facility is available. further there is no centralized ac in hall and kitchen and you cannot utilize them in summers. further even the ac in rooms were not working properly. bedsheets were dirty. These things need to be improved.
