We stayed there 3 nights. During our stay, there was a power cut for almost 2 nights & staff never wished to turn on the generator and they wanted to run the room on the inverter where only a fan and a small light remained on. We insisted them to turn on the generator but they were avoiding doing so. After we scolded them, they turned on the generator. Now imagine how we would have stayed there in heavy summers!!! Same problem was with the Wi-Fi. It was not working, we informed them thrice but no one was that attentive and willing to fix the problem. Management staff including owner has no professionalism to deal with the guests, they all were a bit arrogant and they did not value the guest. The entire kitchen and other hotel staff were untrained. Management staff was insisting us to book hotel offline. Our question was, if they want offline booking than why they are on different hotel booking platforms? We booked the hotel including breakfast but due to jungle safaris, we couldn't have the breakfast. So, we insisted that they compensate the breakfast's cost with our lunch /dinner, but they refused to do that. We never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
