Hotel Staff and room service is good but room quality is bad not a correct price hotel food price is very high room bathroom is haignic

HI , It was a worst & pathetic experience in last 10 years of my stay in any Hotel. We are in group travelling for last 4 days to Prayagraj and other places hoping this hotel would be better so that we could sleep well and go for morning Safari at Panna but we missed because of following reasons. 1. When we arrived there was a khatam function going on in the hotel & loud music was on the manager told us it will stop by 10 PM but it was continued till midnight 1 PM and could not even sleep. 2. We got two rooms initially and one more after 2 hrs but there was no gyster in One room and the person supposed to provide the hot water slept and did not provide so we could not have taken the bath . 3. There was no towel and soaps in the room 4. The breakfast is pathetic and they served worst food the parathas are selling and the pawah is not freshly prepared. Because of these we are not able to go for the wildlife safari and it was loss to us , If the functions are on the Hotel should not take booking . I told the manager to refund our money also i suggest makemy trip before listing any property it should be verified throghly .

Very very small washroom. No mirror in the washroom. No hot water facility. No shower facility. Very very average facilities in the room. Non working t. V. Given how the mm t has enlisted this type of property ? not good stay !
