The property is very good , situated at a very premium location. Rooms are good , near and clean . All amenities available at hotel and all staff members are very supportive.

Good property with supporting staff ,food is also good value for money enjoyed the stay location is near to railway station

room was bit okay but washroom was the prob, I could not latch the door properly later the varpenter arrived and fixed it. They did not have proper generator back up always the power goes off..

The property is situated at prime location of varanasi. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is courteous. The food is good but overpriced. Also when i extended my stay i have to pay 50 percent more the rate of mmt, as i was told no room available. Total loot in hotel industry. There is no capping of fare. The hotel was empty but still they said no room available just to increase the price

The building is little old but the behavior of staff is by no means old or stale. They are very warm and helpful specially the ones in restaurant. Rest the rooms are nice, clean and cosy. Overall experience was good. The rooms were neat and clean. However the menu options for breakfast was limited and cold coffee was not available daily as a part of menu and food taste could be better. Rest staff were friendly and very supportive

Good location. Well connected with the city. Ambience is nice and food is excellent. The staff is polite and extremely helpful. Definitely recommended for someone who prefers a comfortable and classy vacation
