Good Stay
Location: Main road and easy access to Cab and Auto Food: Breakfast was decent. I Room service is quick and tasty food. Service: Polite and Courteous Staff. They helped me to get some quick information I was looking for. I shall consider to stay again in future if need arise.

Smelly Rooms, No View, unwelcoming reception & literally no housekeeping
Smelly Rooms, Unwelcoming Reception, No View at all, and dimly lit no decor old falling off furniture and importantly no shower gel and shampoo refilled. So all in all a big blot on the name of hospitality.

Absolutely Terrible Experience
I stayed at the authorized hotel in Hitech City, Hyderabad and I must say—this was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite paying ₹3,500–₹4,000 per night, what I got in return was a shabby, unhygienic room that felt more like a poorly maintained lodge than a proper hotel. The bedsheets were clearly unwashed, stained, and smelled musty. Towels were no better—worn out and dirty. The bathroom had no soap in the dispenser, which is just basic hospitality, and to top it off, the electric kettle was broken, potentially dangerous if used—this could have caused a serious electrical shock. In a city like Hyderabad where it can get very hot, you’d expect a fan in addition to AC. Nope. No fan at all. Only ACs, which didn’t even cool the room efficiently. Basic amenities were either broken or missing. The infrastructure feels neglected —like they gave up on maintenance a long time ago. The only saving grace was the staff, who were polite and tried to help, but clearly even they are limited by the poor condition of the hotel itself. I genuinely feel bad for them—they’re being made to sell something that is in no condition to be called a hotel. If the rooms were priced below ₹1,000, maybe you could consider it in an emergency. Otherwise, please avoid this hotel at all costs. Dirty, unsafe, overpriced, and not at all worth your money or peace of mind. Worst of the worst.

It's not as per my expectations as well as what they have shown in the photos. It's not worth for the money, there is no swimming pool, and amenities are also not good. This is not a business hotel. Rest all good, good staff and food also. No photos

Poor Stay
Room I was assigned was already occupied by guests so I had to return to reception to get another room assigned. The room card that was issued was faulty and staff had to use his master card to unlock. Upon request for a new card , staff responded that his shift is over so next morning he will try and left with a sorry.

Very average kind of hotel with basic facilities. Not worth the money they are charging for sure. Food is ok. Rooms are spacious but seem old. The toiletries are way below standard.
