Amazing place to stay. Room aesthetic and inner ambience is really well built. The owner is really friendly.

Homestay property was good and host is very much adjustable and nice behave view from room of dhauladhar range is very pleasing only problem was food and due to single attendant we got some issues but it’s on our part to adjust accordingly atendent behaviour was very good

During my short visit to dharamshala i stayed at the 31, the experience was beautiful. The 31 is surrounded by snow clad mountains, its so peaceful to get up in the morning and look around at those snow capped peaks. The stay at the 31 was very comfortable, and very relaxing, though i had not booked for food, i still had ordered meals from them, and believe me it was prepared with such love and care, it was very tasty and homely. The rooms, spic k and clean, with good parking facility, with a very friendly host to take care of all your needs. I will give the 31 a 5/5 star rating and will be booking again for another trip this month end.

We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday with our extended family. Kusum and her team were excellent and helped us immensely. The place is neat and clean and staff were always available. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. We had booked the entire place. The cook made local specialities and the view from the terrace was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Kusum was always around to help with any of our queries.
