The property was new and maintained too good compared to other places in prayagraj. We got hot food served, with the attached balcony it gives added bonus to the beauty. The staff are very polite and helpful

Let me tell you that we paid almost 20k per night (due to Maha Kumbh rooms were not available in Prayagraj), however the hospitality received from the Homestay owners was pathetic. Location - Ashok Nagar is a very good area in itself, therefore no credit can be given to this Homestay for that. Food - they do not serve any Food at the Homestay neither they have any staff help which can help you get Food from outside. You can only order tea that too for 1 cup tea they only serve half cup!!! Zomato and Swiggy do not accept deliveries at the Homestay most of the times as experienced. Further, Homestay owners say that they have complementary sandwiches for guests, however, when requested by guests they say there is no such service and there is no staff!!! Amenities - We had booked 2 rooms and it was really cold in Prayagraj. However, geyser is operational only in one room at a time. Till that time other guests have to wait!!! Overall the Homestay lacks Hospitality and is run by absolutely money minded and amateur owners.
