Overall, this hotel is a nightmare for couples. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe stay, this is definitely not the right place. The management seriously needs to improve its services and ensure guest safety.

The hotel staff were unreasonably rude. Didn’t provide any amenities as basic as water and soap. The room was unclean

The staff were nyc but the place is dirty. I don’t think I would go back. The food was also good. But the place was not good the bed was flat and washroom were bad. It is not like the pics tat are added in google

its not a 3 star property... very ordinary.. location is a plus point. food is also average. cobwebs in the room.

location is good. easy to get public transport from this hotel staff are cooperative and well behaved

we went during the mahakumbh, found the hotel through MMT, but wasn't satisfied at all, much charged for the room, wanted an extra bed, needed that for elderly, so wanted the bed with cot, not given, they just kept on floor, didn't like, and wasn't satisfied with the given mattress also.

Property is centrally located in Prayag city. Good place. Facilities are good. Restaurant is good. Tasty food. Prices are not too expensive. I did not find my room made up for the next day (I stayed for two days). Not even swept. No water bottles kept at Hotel. When called 444, they delivered 2 bottle of 1 litre each. The next day, no water again. Again after calling, they provided 1 litre bottle. But to my surprise, they were all billed and I had to pay when I checked out. So, You will not get water bottles here. Due to high demand during Kumbh Mela, they charged me 8,000 per night. But a bottle of water was heavy for them.

USP of this hotel is Un Supportive People There is much more to complaint Full of mosquito, rooms not at all cleaned, even for a glass of water you wait & wait Moreover water is not complimentary the jug is so dirty you won't touch it bathroom fixtures and bucket so dirty you get goosebumps AC and fan not working properly The list is endless Request not recommend this hotel Hotel Sundram Vivekananda Marg Prayagraj

Rooms were nice, clean, tidy. Near to station staf polite food tasty but spicy good services better location near to station, sangam helpfull staff

Smelly small rooms and bathroom, the water jugs in room provided were broken, dirty glass. Reception staff waa never ready to help. Pathetic experience

Hotel location is very good, very near from station. Room size are very small. No cupboard to put luggage. Cleanliness and hygiene good. Auto can easily available for travel. Staff are cooperative.

It was a nice experience. Although they were not prepared to cater such a huge rush at prayagraj because of kumbh mela, but they tried their best to cope up wit the situation. The behaviout of the staff and manager was really helping and cordial.

It was a decent place. They can keep kettle, coffee maker etc and there are no coat hanger etc. The hot water was superb and no complaints. Tv does not work and the chairs are old and sticky, stinks

The price was high for the level of hotel maybe due to the occasion but still it was high they need proper maintenance of hygiene and security.

There were cockroaches inside the room. And in night their staff was making loud noises ( near about 9 to 1 at night)which was too distrubing we didn't able to sleep after telling the staff 4 to 5 times not to do so they didn't reacted on it. During check in the washbasin was already broken but after check out they were making issue and . The staff should already have the proper knowledge whatever is there in the room. They should know the amenities 24 hrs but still they reacted as if they don't know anything about it. Really very disappointed from their service.

The stay at Hotel was comfortable mostly except a few troubles. The location is good n placed on a good wide road. The troubles are the lift works but little erratic. The room s were not given to us before 12 noon. Though we arrived at the total by 9 am. The best thing is that the food at hotels restaurant is very good. U wud love to to hv breakfast n dinner at hotels restaurant itself.
