Proper maintenance is not available Costumer's receiving is not good Drinking water not provided And there is no hot water to bath 🚿

nice room and good staffs rooms are neat and clean it's near to Kakinada bus stand and railway station

first of all Swagath residency is in the center of the city, so it is very convenient to get things like food and any other. And coming to staff, they are ok but could be more welcoming. I never use any other services there as it is near restaurants, so I cannot comment.

I recently stayed at Swagath Residency in kakinada and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. What I liked: The check-in process was smooth and quick. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy. Good Wi-Fi and basic amenities were provided.

Location is good, center of the city. Staff response is decent. Reception area sofas are very dirty not sure when they cleaned. Room Bed mattress is bad , we didn’t get sleep.

All are good, locations super, and i enjoyed alot, kakinada is super tourist place, and give preference to this hotel

I have arrived late check- in and i did the same time checkout but they have asked for extra money and i paid 500. Really i wasn't expecting that from the hotel. Really disappointed because when i called them before booking got the confirmation.

Room was excellent. And they have king size beds. Beds are also sooo good and friendly staff. Cleaning was done daily. Must visit this swagath residency. I got good experience from this hotel. Thank you

Worst behaviour from the receptionist, i asked for the early checkin because of my train and they argued for long and finally said ok and i was late by 1 hour from the checkout time they told me as i checked in early. So they asked me for lot of money for the extra time and pulled my bag and behaved very rudely

Room was not clean. Toilet was not clean. Insects on the bed. Staff was okay. But not following procedures. Not so happy.

Good clean rooms, good room service, swiggy allowed to come upto room to deliver food and indoor safe and big parking for my bike

Location is in a quiet neighbourhood. Decent for a short stay and reasonably priced as well. We were at the hotel during the michaung cyclone off the chennai/andhra coast and there were heavy rains in kakinada. The room in which we were staying started leaking from the roof and the floor was flooded in a short time. When i complained about this with the front office person, he was indifferent and did not even express regret over this situation. Since we were checking out shortly, i did not get into any altercation with him. The hotel needs to be more sensitive to the needs of the customer.
