Room cleanliness is average No geyser they just gave us one heater which is not at all safe to use with kids No room service Wifi won't work inside the room we have to use it only outside the room There is a TV and landline which doesn't have a connection and won't work Overall just ok, budget friendly. But, Won't recommend

Hotel SR Grand is on the main road. The address is shown as the Ground floor and 3rd floor. The reception is in a cellar where car and bike parking is available. Accommodation is on the 3rd floor only with a lift facility. Geyser is not available. They provide an immersion water heater when requested. The service even for coffee is very slow and inadequately staffed. There are a number of better places nearby. I don't recommend this place.

Our checkout time is 12 PM IST. Due to an emergency, we arrived early at 10:50 AM and requested an early check-in. The staff agreed but charged us ₹800 for just one hour, which is an extremely high amount.

I travel-led to kakinada on a ev car. This hotel has accepted to charge my car without any issue. I feel so great about them for accepting as other hotel didn't accept to charging y vehicle with my portable charger. They have a ev auto which is fortunate for me.
