Hotel staff is good response and room is very nice and clean food also very nice

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel's location is a major plus, making it easy to get around. I was also impressed with the quick and efficient check-in process, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, a noticeable drawback was the quality of the towels in the bathroom, which felt old and worn.

Room service is poor. Ordered coffee at 7. 30 in the morning, waited till 8. 30 and then had to cancel as they didn't send. Before 7. 30 am, restaurant is not opened at all. Evening also we can get coffee after 4. 30pm.

Ambience good and ac is not working, i booked 2adult but reception person after 2hrs they question me u booked for 1person. It's bad experience infornt of my family.

Room was nice and was provided with free upgrade of room. But was charged 500 for early checkin. Room services not upto the mark. Complimentary breakfast was nice

Else you have no option in kakinada then you have to choose the hotel. Receptionists are not well behaved and not helpful. Condition of rooms are average. Overall bad experience

Good clean rooms. But hot water not coming after 10 pm. Ac, bathroom, fans lights all are working properly

In makemytrip app only we found the room and address. Food is average and location is too good. But cost was too high.

No parking, bed lenin torn and not washed properly, an average hotel not suggested for family stay. Bad experience for a 2900 stay.

It was nice stay, only thing it should be mentioned that the booking is always mean 12 noon and not 12 midnight. But hotel staff helped me to extend my stay. Thank you souch

Rooms are much smaller in size. Just adequate for 2 beds. Expected the rooms to be bigger in size.

Hotel is good. But no parking.

Hot water is not available for bathing and unavailablility of bathroom soaps. As per charges need to improve.

I have informed about ac compliant but no one attended and concern person not lifting the call. After giving 5 reminders they have changed the room.
