Review Of Arka Hotel

My car was parked out side of the hotel and all of a sudden some lorry was hit my car and my car got severe damage . The hotel people only told to keep my car Infront of arka hotel. They didn't even check my car and I was not aware of that I was in the room at that time when I checkout the room and came outside I got shocked for the incident when I questioned about the incident they talk very rudely and they are not responsible for the incident I saw the parking option and cc camera option but there are no cc cameras out side and no parking facility for the hotel it was very worst experience trip .

not supplied soap, water bottle, provided single towel and wash room is too bad not at all clean

worst service rooms not hygiene& staff behaviour also not good everything is too bad just showing in photos good but hotel is too bad door locks not working properly and door damaged conditions hot water not available single word too worst hotel

Very poor service. The management guiding the hotel staff not to provide facilities like soap, water, towel, bed sheets and air condition. The management is playing with guests. I have to roam nearly 5-6 times to complain the problem in the rooms. The reception have no phone number. The owner is not sitting at the hotel and he only guiding over phone to his staff. I doubt the MMT team members colueddd with the Arka hotel management and providing low rated hotel with 3 star rating. I got a mail from MMT saying that they resolved the issue. Which was untrue. I have talk to the customer care in English then only the hotel management realised that. I can talk in English and question his services. Because there is no local language customer care service from Make my trip (MMT). If a customer / guest who check in in this hotel who don’t know English or Hindi. You can imagine how the hotel will treat them.

Well maintained and big enough rooms in centrally located in the city of kakinada

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Arka, Kakinada. There was no hot water, the bed linen was of very poor quality, and the Wi-Fi worked only in the corridor. Basic essentials like toiletries and an electric kettle were missing, and there was no in-house restaurant as claimed. Overall, the stay was far below expectations and not worth the price. Definitely not recommended unless they improve their services drastically.

Not really an excellent stay! Room is spacious, maintained. But lacks all important things 1. No Intercom nor any contact to Reception or room service for getting any help. 2. Geezer was not working. I could not contact their people right in the morning to get help. I has to take bath, inspite of my cold and cough condition. 3. No toiletries, a very small piece of soap for two persons is good for nothing. 4. I think of staying again, if these services are improved further.

The hotel was good and they are maintaining the standards, it is in the prime area on the main road would like to stay again

The stay was decent it was just that one needed to arrange their own food but zomato facility is available and there are other restaurants nearby.

Hotel maintenance is very very poor and there is no restaurant as well. Even the beds & floors are not maintaining well

Ac was not working well, i'll maintained linens, flush was not working. The management response was really very poor

Awesome stay in minimum budget with ac room good cleaning. We can't stay at this type of room in tis budget

All thinks are good. Maitainance good. Some facilities observed satisfactory. Make my trip app is very good support for customers.

Here are three lines summarizing unhealthy, poor service, and smelly rooms: "the hotel room reeked of mildew and stagnation, with stained carpets and poor bni cleanliness. The service was disinterested and unresponsive, adding to our disappointment. Our stay was marred by unhealthy conditions and an unbearable stench"

Although the environment of the hotel is good, the cleaning staff there do not clean their rooms properly. And because i left the hotel a little late, the staff of the hotel took extra money
