the location of the property was excellent, few minutes away from major attractions and also away from the city . Food was really great along with the rooms which were spotless. overall amazing place.

coupleGreat Stay and good staff, little away from the city but if you are easygoing and looking to stay away from hustle and bustle of the city would definitely recommend. Only con is cabs are not easily available here, you may need a Pre-booked one for the city tour.

Average Stay
Surpur bagh is a completely vegetarian hotel. There is nothing wrong with this however, on the hotel's website, this is not mentioned anywhere. In fact, it says that the hotel serves a continental breakfast. If we knew this, we would never have booked it. The room was lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated. The room was bigger than anything we had ever encountered. But, in the bathroom, the plumbing is not efficient at all and water only comes after running the tap for 15 minutes. When we requested for a heater, the hotel was unable to provide one and sent a blanket instead. But the breakfast was most disappointing of all, given the price. Even in veg, the spread should have been far more elaborate. The bakery section comprised of one kind of cupcake.

Excellent Stay
Surpur bagh is a lovely property secluded in a quiet village. The rooms are very spacious and clean with local furniture which adds a nice touch. The staff at the hotel are very warm and courteous. The hotel staff arranged for high tea with snacks for guests everyday, movie night and christmas celebrations which were lovely. The breakfast and other meals served at the restaurants had a good mix of international food along with local rajasthan cuisine. The only feedback for the restaurant is to improve service lead time. All in all we had a pleasant stay for 4 nights and would recommend staying at surpur bagh.

The stay was comfortable and rooms were beautiful. Their restuarant kokum was also good. But the only drawback was of management. At check out we were aked to pay for food and beverages and no bill was provided for the same. We were just asked to pay a random amount which the guard told us. This is not expected of a luxury property. Nice property but average management. Not providinh a bill was a mood spoiler.
