Staff was good. Room was good. I just had an issue with the washroom. It wasn’t clean. Otherwise, stay was good it being at a prime location.

⭐ **0 Star Review** One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are planning to stay with your family. 👉 Key issues we faced: 1. The moment we entered the room, there was a strong smell of dampness and no freshness at all. 2. The room was not cleaned properly – no basic amenities like soap or handwash in the bathroom. 3. Bathroom was in terrible condition – tap was leaking, jet was broken, and fittings were extremely old without any maintenance. 4. AC was just for name’s sake, hardly worked. 5. Room service was pathetic – even after calling multiple times, we had to personally go to reception to get things done. 6. No proper parking facility – they ask you to park your car outside on the main road, which is unsafe. 7. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. , but the reality was totally opposite. **Final Verdict:** Very poor hotel management and zero hospitality. . I would never suggest this place for families.

This so called hotel is a complete nightmare. I booked two rooms for two days, but they only gave me one room on the first day, . The room was filthy, stinking, and disgusting, with no toiletries, no towel, no water bottle. Basic things you expect in even the guesthouse were missing. The staff? Arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or fixing the problems, they behaved as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. On top of that, the "free breakfast" they advertised was never provided; This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing but , dirt, and disrespect. If you value your money, peace of mind, or even basic hygiene; DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE.

I had a confirmed 2-day booking, but upon reaching the hotel, my reservation was denied. The staff refused to accommodate me and directed me to contact customer care. This caused me significant inconvenience.

We stay for 4 nights and rooms are fine, housekeeping is good. Food is also good. Ghewar was awesome.

The hotel was okay and the place is quite comfortable to go anywhere. Everything was nearby. Someway, liked it. Though need to improve the quality in rooms.

Stayed for one day and it was a bad experience. They did not allow early check in and made me sit for an hour in spite of informing and mentioning about early check in while making the booking. There were other aspects as well like small room, no hand shower for commode, ac wasn't functioning properly, waiters constantly asking us about check out, etc. Also the food is exorbitantly expensive nearly 4 times higher than the original price.
