Hotel demand extra rs. 450 because he told that rs. 749 what i hv paid is booking amount and if i want to stay i need to pay rs. 450 extra in cash, due to emergency i paid the sum and checkout in evening mmt should ensure i would like to rate mm t as poor service provider in this case

They have very pathetic service. Just wanted to share my real experience so that others can learn and not get frustrated with them. 1) i booked paid however while reached at hotel they asked to pay 350- rs extra and said that price is revised in 30 minutes, and they charged 2) room that they provided was just checked out (you can imagine the room condition. They said thet they will do cleaning post my check in. But unfortunately it was not done despite of may requests 3) although, they provided ac room but stopped the ac power after 30-40 mins and said they it was power cut from electricity department. I latterly feel boiled in such a room where no window. 4) there was no water in washroom and cistern was not working. 5) hadd to ye hai ki these people are not evening listening after taking payment and said ki y ha to aisa hi hai, aap chaho to khali kar do. 6) so i personally realized that my mental peace is most important. So i left the hotel after 3-4 hrs only. So guys be cautious while making booking here.

Guys it was my worst experience in my life, you can imagine that I went from Mumbai to Noida for exhibition and when I reached at 2 AM in hotel Oyo Hotel person has said that we don’t accept booking, if you want off like your have to pay Rs per night whereas my booking was at Rs per night, any how I have connected to Oyo but he said rooms are full they we will arrange your refund. I have requested a lot that I am unknown over here pls help me I have meeting in morning and Then By very hard request Oyo has charged me Rs for 3 to 4 hrs, and in morning I had to check out.

It was a terrible experience. To my surprise, i was told at the hotel, that the hotel was not accepting any booking through online. I had to go and find the hotel room at 4 am in the morning. When k tried to reach i was not able to reach them because i had made my room booking from dubai and when i called them from indian no, the customer care says no booking was made from indian no. This is the worst experience for me booking.

i paid extra fees on the oyo house, i didn't get a refund. when i checked out i didn't get invoice. nope
