They asked me to cancel the online booking and pay the amount in reception and it's not a couple friendly hotel. The bathroo of bad smell

I booked 2 room for 5 adults. no extra bed is given and asked to adjust. no blankets and towels given. Bed spreads were dirty. AC was not working in one of room.

Ac was not working in one of the room. Had water problem for some time. The hotel manager did not provide space/room for 3 adults as per booking. Do not provide blanket extra bed and not even towels. It was pathetic stay al together. It was not worth for images as well.
