Hotel NNP Grand

very good and nice stay for all person bathrom is big room is alegent with balcony and roof for clothes very nice property on road , we are facing some problem in language but staff try to understand us in every way copartevie staff..

Booked through MMT. Neat and good rooms. The staff are very cooperative and kind hearted. Helped me nicely.

I’m not sure what parameters are used to decide hotel star ratings, but while MakeMyTrip lists this property as a 3-star hotel, I would personally rate it as 1 star. The breakfast provided was packed and not of good quality. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay and expected a better experience.

I travelled this weekend for a short trip to Rameshwaram with my family and had no choice but to choose NNP Grand as my stay. Cockroaches, foul washroom odour, torn bedsheets , no toiletries, dirty linen is all you can find here. That’s all I would say. Thank you for the spacious air conditioned room at least. A lot needs to be improved at this hotel. Hopefully, it does happen in the future.

The Toilet was at very low from the room which was very uncomfortable and can put a person to fall. The soap stand in the bathroom was wrongly fitted which hurt me in the head and got scratch. Not satisfied with room.

We went Rameswaram with family. Overall we felt that this hotel was little over priced based on the amenities it gives. Okayish room. No restaurants but you can get some food nearby. I had issue with the mattress which they replaced it but still it was not good at all. Intercom was not working and we have to call them over hotel mobile. No water or coffee kept in room. Blanket and bedsheets looked dirty. I feel is not worth it. Most of the hotels there are of similar kind I felt and all the 3-4 star hotels are very far away from temple and too costly. Overall I can say its a okayish stay and I am giving 7 rating just out of humbleness and the staff were helpful but its worth 5 rating.

More professionalism required by staff. Parking space very far from hotel. Breakfast should have been available

The rooms were good, the power back up was good, location was good room service was good, house keeping was good, overall we enjoyed staying in the said property

Dont ever stay in this property. It has bed bugs, pathetic service and moreover steal your stuff when you are away. Stay away as they steal all valuables and then say cameras are not working

this hotel is little far from the temple and one would need autorickshaw to get to any tourist place. The rooms are quite claustrophobic and doesn't have any air ventilation or windows.

Very rude staff behaviour, booked for 2 days but had to checkout on first day and find another hotel because room was very small and bad

Sitting on reception person is very bogus and rude below dignity never to stay in this hotel even they do not provide water very bad experience

Property location is OK. Food provision is not available so you will have to go out side restaurants. Amenities condition can be termed poor. Intercom was not working. Plastic jug and glasses provided for drinking water were too old and dirty. Blanket was not cleaned. The worst part of the total stay was toilet commode was also blocked.

I visited with family and the expression was very very good. rooms were clean and hygienic . Ac working properly

Room was okay, washroom was not up to the mark. Washroom door was broken. Tv remotes were broken and not working.
