Review Of Super Hotel O Lavish Tranquil

The receptionist asked for the original adhar card which was not mentioned at any where also we were mentioned that we are not allowed to checkin if we are not carrying it finally the receptionist agreed to let us in if we pay 300rs in form of cash. Coming to the room we found that the room is not having proper locks and we found the place as unsafe BTW I was with my wife and he felt the place more horrible and unsafe hence we checked out within 5 minutes . This is what we faced in our last and would request my money to be refunded .

They denies your entry and treat you like a client who came without paying they say you to cancel the order and take directly rooms and are very unhygienic and floors are stinky and the tv which is useless it won’t work if you play a movie

Hotel did not have rooms and had to move to an another room. Better not to book at this hotel.

Rooms were clean, stay is police, the property is new although some basic amenities are missing and you have to reach out to the reception for every small things needed. Overall a comfy stay
