Rooms are not provided the same as shows in pictures. A/c not working. Hotel staff claims that only this kind of rooms are provided in MakeMyTrip booking.

this is one of the dirtiest hotels in my life which I stayed at last night. I was booked Deluxe double bedrooms but that was totally unexpected, unbelievable conditions was there. 1. used condoms was here & there . unhygienic toilet was hip of garbage EV dirty things are was there no cleanliness unhygienic. toilet was horrible 😭😭

Dirty Washroom, Dirty room, No any towel , No any socket working, No Fan and AC working, Dirty Bad, Add breakfast but not serve breakfast
