Great experience as a couple. Food was good but quantity is very less for a couple, it would be helpful if u provide enough breakfast as u mentioned it as a complimentary!a

It is a home stay and our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and everything was proper. Breakfast was complementary and the host made sure that we get our breakfast and that too 3 am in our morning. Appreciate the host efforts and her hospitality and making our stay better.

Although this property is a homestay, the room, washroom and cleanliness were comparable to a good hotel. The hostess was quite helpful and friendly and allowed us to check-in early. Breakfast had limited options but we loved the food. Portion and taste were good. The hostess also helped in arranging rental scooty and auto for commutation. Overall we enjoyed our stay, this is one of the best homestays i have seen.

Hotel receptionist nazeen is very polite and comforting. Property is very close to jetty. Breakfast was also good quality. Must visit.

The location was very convenient as it was in the city centre and walking distance from the jetty. Cellular jail and market are also very close. The property is located at a quaint little area and there is plenty of calmness around it. The host was extremely good and cooperative. She even cooked us our breakfast at 5 am considering we had to catch a ferry from the jetty at 6 am. The quality of stay was also very good and the infrastructure was decent for the given rates. Must stay here on your visit to port blair.

Terrible & disappointing experience. Entering property felt loneliness. Non-politeness, rude behaviour from owner. Despite mentioning 2+2 guests, no extra bed (demanded rs. 550 extra for bed per day. Provided one mat n other material. Not at all homeliness at this homestay. Only positive thing, owner provided first aid kit in misfortunate incident (this also happened due to slipping at highly slippery nature of area inside gate of this property while raining)

No attendant, poor management, inadequate facilities, rent is higher side, lady owner in totality, the stay was unsatisfactory

We booked a deluxe room and it was a pretty good stay (clean rooms, ac, gallery )with a good locality and a bus stand nearby. They also have an induction stove and micro wave owen kept in the lobby which we can use to prepare tea, food. Breakfast served was bread omelette. Over all a nice experience.

Altimate food, altimate hospital

The location is quite near to the main tourist spots and aberdeen market which one can reach by getting an auto or hiring a two wheeler easily. The rooms were very clean and spacious. One can doubt the interior by looking at the outside building but interior was very good. The property owner were courteous and helpful.

I stayed at sunnyvale with my husband for a day. The room and bathroom was clean. The rooms and spacious. The owner stays next door so it's very convenient to ask for help. They provide common kitchen area as well with microwave, ro and cutlery. The dinning area is common as well. The market is 15 minutes walking distance from the homestay. They have a tie-up with a nearby restaurant who delivers at the homestay but the taste is very bad. Wouldn't recommend that. Although zomato works so you can order accordingly.

That was a nice stay. I should say it was a pleasant stay. Just felt home and the host was so courteous and helpful. Very nice place to stay in port blair

Had a good stay and the location was very near to government port.

Stay was good, but they didn't provided the dinner though we already prebooked it at the time of booking my hotel but they said they don't provide dinner. But you can get breakfast, and it was nice.

Sunnyvale is not a hotel, but a homestay so set your expectations accordingly. Mr Nasir the host is a friendly and helpful person. Before our visit, we reached out to him to clarify our Andaman travel queries (which were not answered on the internet) and he clarified them patiently. Rooms Sunnyvale is a multi storey bungalow with a few individual rooms located on the second floor. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. All the basic needs like water, geyser, ac and most importantly wifi are taken care of. They even have a common kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, induction and water purifier. So people with kids would find these facilities beneficial as compared to other commercial hotels. Location the property is 10-15 mins walk from Aberdeen bazaar where you would find good restaurants and shops. There are a couple of restaurants that deliver food to the property as well. Overall, I would recommend Sunnyvale homestay as it covers your basics very well and in budget.

Location is not easy to find. Charging point issue occurred. Water service at washroom is not appropriate. Only hot water has been available. We booked this hotel mainly for WiFi services but WiFi is not working too.
