Food is good, property location very good. Good service, nice staf, amenities good, over all very good stey

As expected, the mtdc property is located at the best location with amazing sea and beach view. The property is huge and the rooms are really well spread out the only drawback is the food quality and service. Done expect any fancy food, rather don't expect much from the limited menu that they have the menu lists many items but the availability of items is very limited. Also the food is not that great. I got dal rice for my order of dal khichdi, and then received jeera rice tossed with boiled vegetables when i ordered veg pulav. Also, there is no room service for food and beverages, you have to order your food and carry it yourself to the room if you wish to have in room dining. Just some improvements in the room service and food quality, and this place could be a great value for money.

This hotel is good in place but the distance from the temple is around 1000m.

Good location and good room size. No lift, all rooms on 2nd floor. No room service. No house keeping service, if you have a longer stay then clean the room yourself. Arrogant house keeper! manager was pretty helpful though!

Value for money. Looking for basic amenities like bed ac clean room and bathroom then it's a good option. Not so far from temple like walking 6 to 7 mins. Room size is also big 4 adults can adults can also accommodate.

Rooms were not clean at all, no toiletries were available, the commode in the toilet didn’t had sitting flap on it, they charged me for 4 people in single room however the bed can fit in 3 people max, we had to take extra bedding which costs us additional amount, overall it was a very bad experience will never recommend this lodge to anyone

Very bad, rooms are not clean with bad odor. Bed sheets & toilests are dirty. No hot water. No service person is available.

If you haven't find a good hotel then drop the plan rather than opting this hotel. You'll not able to find the hotel on map, parking area is being used for function so they ll ask you to park vehicles outside, room is full if dirty, bathroom was dirty, no standard pillow, pillows are stained and smelling very bad, they ll never ask for any id proof, and a lot more bad experiences.

Good spacious room. Food to buy from zomato or eat nearby hotels

Considering pandemic conditions, hotel didn't seem to be much concerned about preventive measures to be taken. Room furniture was dusty too. Over-all rating 2. 5 out of 5. Had been just for a nights stay, so don't know about the food, but they could not give us tea / hot water to drink at 6:30am as the kitchen starts after 8am. Location is in the heart of the city, so bear with narrow roads/lanes. Around 800 mts from mahalaxmi temple. They have safe basement parking.

The bedsheets weren't washed, mosquitoes could be spotted. Breakfast was served in unwashed dish.

Hotel location was a little difficult to find, limited car parking space. Rooms were spacious. As per description hotel has wifi but when we checked in staff said wifi was down and it did not come up till we checked out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay, with the facility to be near the Mahalaxmi temple.

Hotel staff behavior was good, we ask for hot water at 5:00 am, they provided. Only intercom was not working, so we have to go to the customer counter every time, to ask for service.
