Room was not opened for a long time due to that smell issue faced, also food & basic facilities like tooth paste,brushes are not there, landline call not working,every time mobile call to be made for reception or go down and tell

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom well maintained. Very comfortable stay. Quick response and service, overall a good experience without any discomfort. Things to improve? We had a TV in our room, but it turned out to be no use (not a single channel), we were expecting to watch the IND vs Eng test series. But it wasn't a big deal. Overall 4.5/5

The hotel is located in the midc area, which serves as a good point and bad too. Good as in there are not many options but bad as in there are not any travel options available. The staff is very good. I wouldn't recommend booking breakfast online as they reduce the number of options. But you can get it from their restaurant. Overall, the experience was nice and the staff is very helpful.

Rooms are good, staff was cooperative, hotel food is good

Hotel is bad. Rooms are not clean. We skipped breakfast though it was part of package. No lift and we were given 2nd floor. Since we were with pets, we had very little choice to stay in Kolhapur. Completely avoidable if you are with family.
