It was a good experience in Hotel Prafull. I like its facilities such as laundry, and cleanliness, The staff is also helpful in nature. The location is on the route. Only one thing was there which I faced a little disappointed that The check out is at 11 am only while I booked the hotel online that time it was mentioned that check out at 12 pm. but in hotel staff said check out time is 11 am which was against the rule. So kindly look after it or mention this time in detail while the customer is booking ur hotel online.

Room cleanliness was good, but they don't even provide one bottle of water, they asked to buy it, no towels in the room, no handwash, sope either, as per cost experience was so so not that great

Excellent Stay
Calm, Clean, Cozy and Caring. Checked in at Midnight without any delay.. The Manager was alert and active. One very remarkable thing: Staircases are king size( wide ), and could be envy for luxury hotels.

Maintenance is too bad. improve in room services and it seems like not a safe place to stay with family.

What i liked- location- 1 km from aai aadishakti mahalaxmi amba temple. Staff- coprative what i don't liked hygiene kit not provided room was not ready at check in. Bed sheed, pillow and blanket were too dirty

It was a good stay it has spacious room clean washroom however access to hotel is not from road, you have to travel through narrow lane to reach hotel

Firstly this hotel is overpriced. Service was very bad. No towels kept in a hotel, drinking water. Not worth staying.

Poor Stay
Difficult to search. No parking available. No service available from the staff. It's like self help. You get better and cheaper rooms if you book directly at the hotel. My friend got cheaper room at better place with secured parking and breakfast. Poor show by make my trip and hotel prafulla.

Hotel was average. Staff was good. Hotel mentioned they have parking but it was parking on the road outside hotel premises. Food was good. Overall good for a budget stay.
