Though not very noticeable from outside, it is quite spacious and well furnished.. lake view is an add on. Penthouse stay was good but it was difficult to find out place no proper address has been given google map is also showing some other place there are no facility for tea and coffee inside the penthouse so i will rate the stay as avarage

Terrible Stay
Pathetic service - basic thing - hot water is not available, we have 6 months & 3 year old children's- very bad - not happy please refund my all money

Good Stay
The property was really good from inside. Only hassle was the contact number of the caretaker given is not correct. When we reached the buildind, at first no one answered the door and the call was not answered. When called 4-5 times the person answered and asked me why i was calling him. When i told him about the booking, he said he is not even remotely connected to the penthouse. We rang the bell of a flat downstairs and the lady called the watchman who had the key. The owner was not intimated about the booking it seems so the flat was not very clean. But it's a very good property. They have 2 spacious bedrooms with attached bath, large living, dining and kitchen. And a view of rankala lake. The lift is very tiny. Otherwise it was a very good stay. In the morning we got tea just across the road. And a nice akki's bistro nearby to grab some dinner.
