Cleanliness was not there. The toilet - bathroom was old & dirty. Beds were old & not clean. Bedsheets were dirty. Room walls were dirty & not clean. The hot water was not that hot. Overall terrible experience. The amount i paid was not worth it

location is good near to Mahalaxmi temple but service and cleanliness is not upto mark.

No place for car parking, no lift and no geyser rooms are good

The hotel is located on a busy street full of street vendors. So it was difficult to locate while driving a car. After I parked my car somewhere, it was easy to find the property while walking. The hotel does not have any parking place of its own. The roadside in front of the hotel is occupied by street vendors from 8 am to 10 pm. Hence, parking is possible only in the night. However, there is pay parking just a few steps away it is open for 24 hours with free parking from 10 pm to 6 am, and payable per hour during daytime. The staff at the reception was always available for queries. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants around. The room was clean and tidy. There is no disturbance at night.

The hotel is exactly in the heart of the city and the staff was quite courteous and helpful. Though rooms were small in size, it can definitely be considered for a couple of nights of stay in the city. The hotel does not have its own kitchen but they have tie-up with a restaurant for snacks, tea and meal related arrangements.
