nice property with bad approach
everything was nice, food, property, ambience, service, but approach road condition was very bad. you should warn about this to your travelers
unpleasant stay due to poor service and cleanliness
We were quite disappointed with the overall hospitality and service during our stay. Basic hygiene standards were not maintained — the pillow covers and bedsheets were visibly unclean. The caretaker did not clear the dining table after dinner, and despite multiple calls, there was no response. The mess was left unattended until the next morning. Additionally, the pool was not clean, and the kitchen had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. These issues reflect a serious lapse in cleanliness and service, which was far below expectations.

Average Stay
location is really very good. The housekeeping services was good as well. The provision of food was very bad . The chef had not even reached the villa who was going to make our breakfast. we delivered our breakfast at 12pm. Manager incharge should take the responsibility properly. very bad experience regarding food.

Great place to stay and do outdoor activities

Good Stay
Property and facilities are very good. Staff is very caring and supportive. Breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner are delicious and mouth watering. Only problem is houseflies.

Terrible Stay
groupLocation and view is good but we had a terrible experience living over here. Service was good thanks to anil, balu, arti. Food was good. In resort, jet sprays were not working, the resort was full of flies and we found reptile in our room. Mattress was very tough and blanket bubbles was getting stuck all over our clothes. Speaker was below average.

Everything was fab. Nice location the guy anil was very cooperative and humble. Food made by mr. Vinod & family was very delicious. Really very nice experience.
