I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the villa booking Details of the Issue Unhygienic conditions : The villa floor was clean, but rooms were not properly maintained. Spider webs in many of the corners. Bed linens were on but family setting was not at all maintained. Need regular maintenence Kitchen : Although Kitchen is well constructed and ventilated needs to be pest controlled urgently. Cockroaches have taken over the command over kitchen unexpectedly

While the property had no AC, no WIFI, no TV as mentioned - the amenities are really not up to the mark for someone charging ~10k a night for the villa. The electricity kept going off every few hours, with voltage fluctuations all the time changing speed of fan and disturbing our sleep. The generator also ran out of diesel, which is unacceptable when you are charging so much. 5 stars around Nashik area were priced cheaper. The place also wasn’t very hygienic and clean and you could see the seating areas, bed sheets etc were not as clean as you’d expect from SaffonStays. The only saving grace why I rate it as 1/5 is the caretaker and the service they provided.

Beautiful stay with great amenities

Had a great experience just had few issues but i must say the caretakers the meal was just awesome. The food was on top of the world.

They charged 1000rs for kitchen usage. Property is good but you ll get bored. As no swimming pool. Other things are very far away from place.

The view is too good! The property is designed so well. Food is really good and staff is very cooperative . Living room is very peaceful and beautiful.❤️ Do try their kheer, misalpav and puries for sure.☺️

Good place for a weekend getaway.

Just an outstanding place with views to the horizon meeting a lake on one side and a hill on the other. The mostly glass walls give an experience like no other. The food though is ordinary and rather overpriced

Food quality was not good in comparison to food cost

The property located in a good place. The location was great and easy to reach. The room was very spacious clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Everything was perfect. I would love to recommend this property to others.

The best part of the property was the caretaker, he was very helpful and a very good human being. The rooms were clean. The location was really hard to find. Not going to recommend this property to others.

The place is very difficult to find but the caretaker was prompt in terms of directions and support over the phone.
