Rooms are small but good. Ample space for parking

location is good. give outside average food. parking not available inside. outside road parking. no towel, no soap and no electric kettle is available in room.

Good stay at varanasi with family, iam very happy about rooms and area. I suggested to my family friends to stay in hotel

there were not treat as professional/Hospitality . On that place reception is not available, TV is not working properly only few less demanded channels. There were not availability of trained hotel staff. Rate is so high, services is very less. Really disappointed😞

Overall it was good but facilities was not up to the mark. The female staff is very annoying she didn't even know the location of her own hotel.

Hotel in time, hotel said, i can not any room given to you due to my hotel room not vacated by party.

Location is good, only issue is you don't enjoy experience of home stay, it is more of a hotel. Not value for money. Bit costly.

Property location was distanced very nicely around the ghats. The staff here were also helpful and good. The breakfast at the hotel was also good.

The staff co operate even if my train delayed too much. After check out he also provide us for luggage safety for 4 hrs

Very poor service, only 1 person is servicing guests of upto 5 rooms. Breakfast is non-standard, no fruits served, quantity of certain items are limited like bread, boiled eggs, etc. Wifi (bsnl) does not work and owner has no intention to improve things. No access to refrigerator in the area we were staying, and food items had to be handed over to service guy for keeping in the fridge somewhere else. Kitchen in our area was non functional

The location is far from the temples. This accommodation has no to minimum facilities. They advertise that they have internet connection i. E. Wifi, and fridge, housekeeping, and room service. Please note that, they have none of the said facilities. They have just 1 person to run the entire place, who takes care of reception, housekeeping, running the business. Everything. They scam people with the promise of good facilities and services. But after checking in, guests are made to feel guilty of asking for the basic services like housekeeping, wifi, fridge. We stayed there for a week, and in that time, our room was cleaned just once, and that too after asking them for 3 days. Please do not fall for these scammers
