Room is dirty . Feels like they don't clean since long. Stain marks everywhere.

All the staff are very good

*who want to use towel with sperm can stay here* *anyone can get better hotel than this in below 1000 rupees and paying 19xx is worthless here for this pathetic hotel & it's services* was staying here since long but since last one year it's completely pathetic, mr. Tapas is very good in nature but considering the behavior and his requests, i compromised every time. Yesterday night also i stayed here but this stay was totally unexpected and reasons are mentioned below. 1. After check-in, i got the 3 rd floor room, while using the lift, opening the shutter on 3rd floor was very difficult. 2. No intercom is there in multiple rooms. 3. After check-in, towel and basic amenities were not there, even after demanding, i received the same after half an hour and with the grace of god, i got the *towel with sperm* 4. Room lock was also not proper and i waited more than 15 minutes then i got the bunch of keys and opened at myself. No management staff came to help or to apologize. 5. Ac remote was also unavailable. 6. In the morning i ordered a loo parantha & tea which they provided without curd or pickle and also parantha was not foiled nor the tea was covered and it was already poured in cup. 7. After mentioning all of this on the counter, there was no sincere apology and i feel like it may be in there routine so they were habitual of it. 8. I will never recommend anyone to choose this option, rest depend on the customers. Also i didn't took the breakfast as it was not upto the mark and hygienic, please refund the amount of breakfast.

First of all i wasn't allowed for check in. I requested for cancellation and refund. You guys kept me on call for half an hour but did nothing.

That was good but tube restaurant food was not good at all but nice i must say that you should visit that hotel and but it is so far away from the station and out of city also. Thanks

It is a average hotel. Our room is tidy but torn wallpaper and old ac front portion of ac is open other wise ok wash room is clean. Lift available

very bad hotel varanasi

After a long search i got this hotel at the main road and i went ahead and booked it. I was on the way to varanasi and received call from hotel that due to some confusion my booking happened at this hotel and they would like to shift me to different hotel of there chain. And because of night time arrival i said okay to them because i was traveling with kid and family. They shifted me on auto at 3 am morning to there different hotel and believe me i never seen such a pathetic hotel, actually that was not a hotel and more of a guest house not listed online. The room where cigarette buds where thrown, full of dust and bathroom stinking like hell. And now why i said is because i booked 2 rooms at chandra at 2600 per room/night and they accepted booking and shifting to a 1000 or less than this worth room and more over from there i have to struggle to get auto or cab and no restaurants and tea shop as well near by. Beware with hotels at varanasi they are tugs.

They were asking name tapas chaudhary to cancel the booking through makemytrip and were asking to book directly at low cost. We were not ready to do so then there behaviour was really terrible. Service was too slow. Room was very dirty-even washroom toilet was dirty

Room quality is very bad not clean also he not provide towels shop bead is also not clean i have booked room for 3 people but room size is very small

Hygiene, good food, nice service. All staff and members are good.

No drinking water(only mrp dirnking water) room are small no variety in breakfast. Very simple breakfast. Only staff is good
