No facilities available in the hotel. Very small room, water issues, no chairs provided. There are only 2-3 staff who are somehow making temporary arrangements for the guests. No one are professional there.

Clean but small
Room was clean and Tidy. Very near to Chowky Ghat and Kedar Ghat. Room size is very small and little far from main road. No Auto can go near and need to walk a minimum of 1 km. It is surrounded by more Telugu speaking guest houses and you can find lot of Telugu speaking people near by.

Very good experience in hotel, pleasent check in, rooms were good and clean, the balcony with ganga river ghat good view. Complimentary breakfast was good, homely stay for two days. Helped in arranging boat for ganga aarthi.

Terrible Stay
The room shown versus given to me was extra small, no almirah etc, even after paying so much, basic things like paste or brush was not there, i had to ask daily for bottle water, they simply didn’t provide me complimentary bottles. My room door was always stuck, i always had to open it with force, i mean what to say, i feel like they looted me, staff was decent, food was good no complaints there but overall a terrible experience, not going to book again.

Terrible Stay
1st of all there is no road access to hotel. One has to walk for a kilometre long. ( not informed before. Visitors coming first time will suffer a lot. ( i couldn’t able to catch my conference at bhu on time& couldn’t able to visit the places as planned) 2, break fast not served as mentioned, no lift to reach 2nd floor with steep steps. 3, check out & check in times not mentioned, so i’ve reached hotel by 10pm and check out by 9am. By considering all above it’s not worth the amount charged.

Terrible Stay
Horrible service, hygiene wasnt maintained at all. Torn bedsheets, no mat near washrooms. With limited resources some of the support staff tried best. Pradeep the manager is good and listens. There is a support staff called ritesh who tries to help as much as he can. I think resource constraint is what makes the stay terrible. Also, rahul the night shift manager is lazy and unhelpful. He will just wait for others to do everything and avoid getting help for the guests.

Excellent stay adjacent to kedar ghat
Very nice and comfortable stay near ganga ghat. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Room is good and all amenities are good working condition. Washroom fittings are new. We get down at haris chandra ghat from where hotel boy took us to the hotel ( 5min. On foot. You can enjoy the beauty of ganga ji at any time. Breakfast is good. Some network issues inside room. But outside network is ok. We enjoyed the stay. If we come again at varanasi we will again try to stay in this hotel.

Delightful experience
When i booked a room in this hotel i thought the hotel will be average, but when i checked in ii was surprised by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Staffs were also very polite and location of the hotel was also perfect

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff
familyWe undertook a pilgrimage to varanasi with family of 11 members (mostly elders) staying for 3 days. We checked in the hotel at around 12. 15 midnight due to our train timing and we were pleasantly welcomed and assisted in check in. The property is approachable only by walk due to its location and commutation and luggage transportation is a task particularly for elders. But once you check into the hotel friendly and charming staff make you forget the pain of walking. Kudos to mr. Pradeep singh, manager and other staff members really were wonderful. Our stay for 3 days was really pleasant. I appreciate the property due to its proximity to river ganges( just 50 meters from the doorstep) and the friendly staff. They assisted us a lot in transporting our heavy luggage.
