I already 2 times visit this hotel this is 3rd time, receptionist is very polit and calm I was only one opinion which time check in that time next day check out is good but here 12 pm check in 12pm check out it's not possible to everyone because I check in 8.00 pm after one day I chetout 12pm property particular say 12pm is check out no any other chance🙃 pls change this type of activities

The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I had a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping ensured the room was always clean and neatly arranged, which I really appreciated. The food was another highlight. The in-house restaurant served delicious dishes, both local and continental. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread with fresh and tasty options, giving a perfect start to the day. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent – centrally situated, making it convenient to access the railway station, bus stand, airport, and popular tourist attractions like the Rockfort Temple and Srirangam. Above all, what stood out most was the service quality. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, good food, and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trichy, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Neat room and good service

My stay had both positive and negative aspects. While the receptionist displayed great character and provided excellent service, there were significant issues that affected the overall experience. The presence of bed bugs made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, the buckets and mugs in the bathroom were not clean, reflecting poor maintenance. The bed size was also inadequate for three people, making the experience cramped and inconvenient. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

It's staff rude behavior. Ac water leaking in room. Tv not work properly. Room full cigarette smell. Totally worst room in my journey. Waste of money.

Not staying there only cockroach’s available there. Very worst bed.

They asked us to vacate before 10 am. They made unnecessary interventions with our stay. The bathroom was not clean, the bedsheets are not washed. The ac was not working. They asked so many unnecessary personal questions also. No privacy at all.
