very very poor service..hereafter dont recommend this type of hotel pl..very adamant behaviour.. in my life i travelled so many places and stayed different type of hotels.. but this is the first time i never ever seen such cruel type behavior..

Temple visit
Location is good for temple visits, all services are good. Room is spacious but beds and bed spreads are old.

Good Stay
Overall experience was good But to improve ,Water is not hot at bathroom . Only warm water available . Also the contact details shared while booking the numbers are not reachable Out of 5 numbers only 1 number is reachable So for an emergency it’s difficult to contact .Need to improve in that

Poor Stay
We encountered a stinky extra bed in our room at JB Residency Hotel, and complaining wouldn't have helped since they offered an even worse alternative. So, we made do with the original bed and used our own perfumes, shampoo, and coconut oil (which weren't provided by the hotel). We had to purchase these essentials from outside. The next day, we checked out at 7:15 am and requested room cleaning. However, when we returned at 7:30 pm, we were shocked to find the room in the same state as we left it – not even the bathroom was cleaned. What a terrible experience!

Food was not as expected. Amenities and services are ok. Restaurant was not as our expectation, may be due to occupancy . It can be improved further.

Hotel ambience, location is very good. Near to two major temples in Trichy, enjoyed nice stay. Room maintenance is not good, even when complained, not done. Temple view from 4th floor was amazing to see two temples.

Linen is so poor... Seems they are the ones when they started the hotel... all white ones look black... Couldn’t use towels they provided...
