Poor quality location no food no travel assistant rooms not clean toilet terrible no drinking water

1. Very difficult to reach the place called hotel. Not in commercial area. Located in residential area. Location is not known to any one even the people staying near by. No directional board also. Building appear like a house. 2. Poor service. Room was not cleaned till my return in the evening. Person in the reception is not responsive. For everything he says" i don't know. You ask owner" 3. . No supply of drinking water free of cost. Even first drinking water bottle is also. Charged. 4. Dirty maintenance of room. Walls are very dirty. Bathroom mirror is shady not useful as mirror. Only one tube light in the room. No night light. Sleep in dark. No hooks to hang clothes or no place to hang. No chair in the room. No wifi during my stay. Tv has not worked for two days in my three days stay. 5. Horrible experience.
