nice hotel .located middel of the city.rooms are clean .they are give two water bottel per day compimentry.

hotel location in site is wrong and when I went for checkin they told me that the fan is not working.... but the reality is fan and hot water heater also not working and they're not working provided even a single water bottle and bath towels.... in the full rainy weather we suffer very much for even for bath also .. very terrific situation... they are replying that it my duty to check the water heater and didn't resolve the issue till vacated.... one more thing is is a Christian church premises and caused very much disturbance in early morning..... horrible and terrific situation...

Property ambience is ok but not excellent and room service is very slow nd bad . Rooms are good but in the rooms more comforts should be provided like good chairs and table etc . Overall rating is ok

I have great experience in the room. Room is air conditioned, clean and wash room is clean but small soaps they can add body wash to the hotel and reception person is too good i got wifi services we have lift i had a great experience
