Great find close to Amritapuri in a quiet, lovely, green locality. Friendly and professional service, clean room with all new fittings and fluffy towels.

when we arrived at the stay we were told that the deluxe double room we booked and fully paid is not available as it was given to another guest which was not a good service.. we then agreed to stay on single bed room by arranging two beds together.. but after some time the AC in the given room was not working and we demanded another room then they told that deluxe room is not available as it was given to a walk in guest and finally we had to stay in standard room even after giving full payment for deluxe room... overall service was not that great 👎

It was a great stay in a small town. The room was very clean with all affordable facility. I liked the stay as there was no issues related to room or room service. The staffs were very courteous and kind enough to assist us to the nearby places to visit.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was alright but price was on higher end compared to other hotels. Food was average.

Food was good. Quality and hyqenic food was served. Room service was also good and upto the mark as all out requests were immediately addressed. The only thing i felt they could improve is the bathroom sanity. It was stinking and didn't have an exhaust window with an exhaust fan. Wifi services need to be improved. Overall i would rate 8 on 10.

The manager and the md were friendly and expressed genuine concern for the safety and hospitality of the guests. The restaurant food was very good.

Courteous service. Good hygenic, neat environment

From a safety pov i didn't find anything unusual, though any of the sanitization or cleaning was not done before our eyes, the staff told us it was done before our arrival and the room wasn't used by anyone after that. We took a leap of faith and stayed there. Room was small, the shower area of the bathroom is super small, if you close the glass door and if you are a middle size person >80kg) chances that you won't fit in the shower room. My hand was hitting the handle of the glass door of the bathroom-shower area separating door. The number of guests i've clearly mentioned as 2 adults, but the toiletries were provided for only one person. There was no dairy whitener provided for team. Water refill was charged for the next day, overall the facilities provided was not really a 3 star hotel standard. There's no buffet breakfast, just normal idle or dos a or poori and curry, not a detailed breakfast, so it wasn't worth taking the breakfast included room booking.

Located away from alleppy main city around 60 kms from main city nearby railway station is kayamkulam 10 kms from the hotel. In the restaurant mrs bindu take care of us very well and in front office miss athulya and miss abhiya take care of us very well nearby we can see krishnapuram palace and Ezekiel beach.

Very comfortable place, a country side but will have most of the amenities. Away from the noisy, polluted city. Very comfortable to stay with your family. Good food, cleanliness and nice room services.

Value for money for stay with family and also for business. Very good service. Staff are immediate in action. Everyday they make my room. Do not have any complain for the service. Small fitness center which is very useful. Thank you.
