Ellora and Ajanta caves easily accessible. There is a good choice for shopping and a very famous Pan Shop is hardly 1 km away. Facilities are good but they need to improve their house keeping response. Though they do a good job, but response is delayed.

The rooms are ok though small. But the service in room is not good. When we checked in, the bath room didnt have napkins and toilet paper rolls. The room lock was not functioning, the room wasnt locking at all,. The breakfast buffet wasnt good, the chutney served with idli was stale, the sambar was not as per recipe, the idlis were ok. Overall an average experience.

Property is in the prime area. But room maintenance needs to be improved. Stinking smell in bath room, hair on the bedsheets, window curtains are very dirty etc The restaurant menu is over priced with too much oil applied for all dishes

Location good, room emall
The location of the property is good, in between the main city and Ellora caves/Jyotirlinga temple. The rooms are small, and cleanliness was not proper. Rest, the hospitality from the staff side was good.

When I check in , welcome drink nobody offer, First room given without TV on, and No Road side room, Imditally change the room with Smoll room without window & main door having open gap &space, full night I have hire and seen Woking person on lobby, Next day they change the room with TV and Road side room, Breakfast was good,
