I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was far from acceptable. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic hospitality standards were not being met.
First, there were no toiletries provided—not even the basics like soap or shampoo. For a hotel that advertises itself as a comfortable and convenient stay, this was very surprising and inconvenient.
Worse still, the bedsheet had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been changed or washed properly. It made the entire stay uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene.
