I’m writing to share feedback about our recent stay, which was extremely disappointing. Here’s a summary of our experience: delayed check-in: our check-in time was 10:00 am, but despite arriving at 11:15 am, we were made to wait. The receptionist was very rude and lacked basic manners. When we mentioned the check-in delay, he curtly informed us the room was not ready, which is unacceptable given the pre-defined timing. Rude behavior: when we voiced our concerns, he rudely suggested canceling the booking and leaving. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Room issues: upon checking in, we found multiple issues with the room:
the door lock was broken. The bathroom was unclean. The tv remote was broken, and despite requesting a replacement, no response was given. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and it’s unfortunate that basic hospitality standards were not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to avoid similar situations in the future.
