We were a team of 4 who had booked accommodation advertised as a 3BHK apartment. However, upon arrival, we found that it was only a 2BHK which caused significant inconvenience during our stay.
I raised this issue with customer service and requested a partial refund due to the discrepancies. Although the concern was acknowledged, the refund has still not been initiated. Overall, this was a disappointing.
