Dear Nikhil Raul, Thank you for your feedback. We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced. Our homestay uses clean, natural ground fountain water from the Western Ghats. The recent rains caused temporary muddiness, a common issue during the first rains. Rest assured, the water is not infectious and clears up quickly. For drinking, we have a water purifier in the dining area. Regarding Wi-Fi, it is available in the main building, though connectivity can be limited in private rooms due to the distance. We've made significant investments to provide this service despite challenging network coverage. For future guests, our homestay offers cozy, comfortable private rooms where you can enjoy stunning mountain views right from your room. We are located near many scenic tourist spots and provide this peaceful retreat amidst coffee plantations at a nominal cost. If you seek a luxury stay with extensive amenities, we may not be the best fit. However, if you're looking for tranquility and natural beauty, we would be delighted to host you.
