Very nice and clean hotel but one thing is that....the running water is lacking

Location its many inside from main road Food Quality is good But Huge costly. Receptionist behaviour not good. Even iam facing problem in this room.Tv not working Fan speed 1 only out 5. When i was asking about fan speed then they refused .they said they cant do anything for me. So overall experience is bad

I had a great experience staying at Silk Villa Homestay! The stay was very comfortable, and the view from the property was absolutely fantastic. The staff were really cool, friendly, and made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I enjoyed staying there, nice place with good sound environment, not much noise. Nice fecility and interiors, clean rooms. Ac and fan both available. Food services are there too. Overall a good rating from my side.

This is awesome experience. Manager debraj da is really helpful and he assists everything. Cooking experience also awesome. I am definitely recommend this guest house for all who are coming to guwahati. Love it.

The location was awesome as it has always been. Although this might be the 10th time or more than that, i have been here. Food was awesome.

Staff behavior is awesome and rooms are clean. . . . .

We booked super deluxe room with balcony, the room was good and spacious but the air conditioning is not working, we have to adjust with fans. Worst experience we have ever faced at silk villa

Very bad as big issue of water availability even after informing the desk counter and they accepted the water issue. Washroom was also not clean n hygienic. But food was good.

Room was ok. Greaser was not in working condition. Pillow covers were of deep pink colour. Tv chanels were not coming in the morning hours on second day. Food is comparatively costly. In complete staircase.

Rooms are cleaned and they provide all the facilities like wifi and everything. Cab service is near so you can go anywhere you want

The room was rather clean. Bed was well made, toilet was clean. The services were quite prompt and hospitable.

I don't know about the expensive rooms with AC, attached washroom, etc. My own experience wasn't great but it was good or okay, as I booked the cheapest single room available, and mistakenly didn't see that said it was having a shared washroom !! So, I wanted to change my room for a better one, but it needed an extra charge of Rs.600+. So, I didn't take it. I stayed in the room, which is in the front The room is completely sealed from the ventilators, with glass and paper. But it's okay. There is a fan, a mirror, 4 pillows, both soft and hard. A TV, but it didn't have a recharge of the DTH. Plus, the washroom is far away from the back of the hotel. I had to lock the door every time I wanted to go to the washroom, as I stayed solo. Other than this, the hotel is okay. 👍 Outside in the courtyard, it has lots of plant pots, which look beautiful and homely. The food was nice but costly. Overall I would rate it 3 out of 5 (my experience).
