It was 5 star response and management was too good he called us before reaching to hotel he guided us to location and also he held us in having food location and places to visit

No wifi was there but while booking they mentioned that wifi will be there

Property was good close to beach and market owner was also helpful it was worth spending a quality time.

I travelled solo on a cycling trip. Vikram was very friendly, warm and hospitable. The rooms are neat, clean and well equipped. I loved the attention to detail - everything that a traveller needs was provided in this budget accommodation. Soap which does not finish in one bath, shampoo in a bottle and a little amount of detergent to wash the necessary clothes. They don't prepare food at the property, but organise home made food from nearby. I would have rated it 5 stars, the 1 star less is for no mosquito mesh on the windows. Konkan is a tropical place and full of mosquitoes, so just having mosquito repellent is not enough as it causes respiratory issues in closed rooms. Other than this, the place is perfect for a budget stay in Malvan. It is walking distance to the beach and ferry Jetty to Sindhudurg, close to market, yet in a quite residential lane

I had a great time staying here. Mr. Vikram welcomed me and assisted me by showing the room. He gave me assurance about helping me if i need anything. The rooms were neat and clean. But there is poor network for vodafone. Overall it was a great experience here.

The owner of properties very good he is taking care of all his guest provide dinner at 11:00 p. M. Hot water for bath at anytime no charges taken for half day room use. Auto rickshaw available for anytime to go anywhere proper guide to view malvan.

Amazing stay, this is located a bit inside from the malvan bus stand but the stay was clean, neat, fantastic, the owner vikram here is friendly and would guide you if you are in malvan to travel and visit nearby places. Whatever required was provided to us already. No overhyped/mad charges where. Thanks vikram it was mesmerizing and fantastic experience.

the place is comfy and best for that price. however would not recommend it for those coming with 4 wheelers. roads heading to this place are so narrow, u may even end up having scratch on ur car. parking is limited. but, the place is peaceful, kid friendly and is at the prime location.

Property is at very appropriate location and at walking distance from beach, city centre and transport facilities, hygiene and cleanliness is much appreciating. Everything was vakue for money

Highly recommended and budget friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mr vikram is very helpful and polite. He helped us with local transport for reaching railway station while traveling back. Rooms have good power backup which is very helpful as there are frequent power cuts in the area you can get home made malvani food from neighbourhood joshi kaku at affordable rates. Mobile networks like air-tel and jio are functioning well. You can watch videos in streaming mode or plan a workation as there are no network or power issues. It's at walkable distance from chivala beach, atithi bamboo hotel and hotel gajali. Near by option for pure veg food will be hotel shravan which is at walkable distance again.
