None of the amenities ( tv, kettle, table, chair, almirah) mentioned in the booking were present. The room has only two beds with dirty bedsheets. Toilet cistern was broken, hand soap provided only on request. This stay is a fraud.

He did not allow me check in and asked for 5k Rs, neither my money has been refunded, I will file a consumer complaint and FIR against MMT and Rameshwaram for this fraud and trouble!

No AC, No good service, we have not received the facilities which are mentioned in the MMT. Even I cannot believe on MMT.

Worst lasiest with no amenities I wonder how mmt even approved them very sad on the ratings standards I want full refund bec I have fallen sick

A good stay at varanasi, location is very close to temple, godawlia, and dashashwamedh ghat. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice service specialy sahankar jaiswal is very helpful and humble.

I stayed with my family for 3 days . booked 4 bedded room. it was quiet spacious and the staff behaviour ( mr. jaiswal) was very helpful. He helped us a lot with our luggage both during checkin and check out. The pros of the property are , washroom was spacious, neat and tidy, water availability is good , hot water is sufficient. the cons are : when we checked inside the room seating space table wardrobe chairs were not provided but after telling the staff about those unavailability they helped us and provided table and chairs . overall it is a nice stay , close to godoliwa chauraha , viswanath temple , dasaswemedh ghat is accessible. the hotel environment is peaceful.
