Location is odd un supportive and untrained staff no kitchen no cleanliness just look another property for staying

Non ac room 203 provided. But i booked and paid for ac std room, for 2 days.

They have two properties just in front each other ,they show pics of one and offer another...when I resisted I was given room on the newer property...narrow staircase...no lift ....no power backup...very hard bed...over priced ......poor navigation by the Google map as the map shows something else for the address your app shows......they need major revamp of their property....they have invested on things but the fixtures have not been fitted properly.....Jai Siya Ram🙏

City - most hotels near ram mandir do not have good amenities, but offer basic room toilet facilities. Good hotels are available in faizabad city, 30 min drive away from temple. There are traffic restrictions near temple, so you anyway have to walk / take e-rickshaw from tedhi bazaar towards temple. Temple - well organised, good security service ensuring discipline, clean, locker facilities for mobiles. Hotel - upon checkin, we were allotted rooms in nearby janaki palace hotel ( same owner property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Non ac. Toilet was dirty with water leakage, old furnishings. Room service was poor and slow. Had to do multiple folowups to receive towels, soaps, water bottle, bedsheet. Hotel did overbooking for other guests and they were forced to share rooms! location : map link is incorrect - took us 1 hr to find correct location using google maps! google maps does not mention hotel name as shreeram palace ! correct location is saptsagar. Landmark is near maruti nandan guest house

Supportive staff, hotel near to temple

No lift/elevator. No ac. Location is around 1. 2 kms from main ram temple. But conveyance is difficult because police shuts of motor traffic in ram path. So should go by walk or by e-rickshaw. Location mentioned in google map is wrong. Address mentioned is wrong. It is near ayodhya subzi mandi which is not mentioned anywhere. Hotel ppl were kind enough to pick me up from the bus stop.

The room size is small, following shortcomings noted 1) no wardrobe 2)no food, no tea in hotel 3 )no intercom for complain to reception desk 4) tv viewing is not available all the time 5) staff no. Insufficient

Hotel is brand new but service is not satisfactory due to lack of employee. I was with my father whose age is 90. We were in 3rd floor without lift. You imagine the problem. Can you arrange a 7days tour package of singapore for couple including to& fro flight, hotels, visa & everything

Very bad location and no wifi very badly maintained bathroom. Sorry i left the place. Locally visiting people are getting better price than booking
