The Loard Rama palace

1. Toilet sheet was without Toilet seat/cover and remained so for both days, 2. For two days one smallest soap was given no other accessories, 3. No electric kettle, tea bags, sugar etc. were provided in the room and we have to ask caretaker and have to pay Rs. 200/- for tea brought from outside 4. Room was downgraded for reasons best known to him. 5. Wasted our 1hr in assisting us in arrangements for Taxi or Auto to make his heavy commissions (3rd March) Really Horrible.

the toilets are indian style. Desi style cupboards. there is no TV and no room service. it is actually a dormitory. there is no lift. staff is okay. very near to the temple, so if there are restrictions, they won't let vehicles to the property. good for groups who are used to dormitory style. rooms and toilets are big and the bed sheets are clean and new.. ac and heaters are available.

Rooms and bed linen, pillow covers are dirty and used. Bathroom in horrible conditions. Manager is rude. When requested to clean, Manager advised us to vacate the room. They don't have any other room. Don't recommend to any other guest.

The attendant present there is not corporative. All should go on there risk. They took 1 hour in letting us enter in the hotel even after confirmed booking

We have booked this hotel on the way from Prayagraj Mahakumbh and to Ayodhya. Due to heavy traffic on the route and limited available information we were on the road for 11-12 hours and not allowed to enter Ayodhya city. So never reached the hotel should arrange a refund as the full amount of stay has been paid at the time of booking. Hotel owners should also keep a transparent view on this type of situation where tourists or devotees suffer due to limited available information

The bed sheet and the bed was not at all comfortable no room service available , no ac available there

Very good stay at this hotel and very nice gesture by haicharan yadav . He is really helpful and guide all the way of Ayodhya

good place but only for stay don't expect more , but yes the caretaker was good , Haricharan Yadav has supported as much support as possible.

proporty was neat and clean, property staff and manager was supportive. they should provide the mineral water, bath soap, dental kit and towel complementary to better comfort.

No hotel. As a homestay area location very slum and no conectivity. Like auto shop restaurant. In room dressing table was missing not a good experience

Property was well maintained, location was near to main attraction, easily accessible surroundings. Walking distance from Ayodhya temple

The owner said he will room in first floor instead he gave on 2nd floor and there is no lift facility. No western style toilet, it is very difficult for elderly persons. Not recommended for elderly people.

Owner is a gem he helped us in every needs during our stay. Darshan timings, canteen transportation etc every thing. Rooms are neat clean and cozy.

The owner and the staff is very helpful and they guide us properly for Ayodhya expedition including the auto fares. it was a very nice experience for my aged mother who accompanied us on the courage. The Lord Rama Palace Ayodhya, ia a nice and friendly, well maintained, near and clean place to live. It is well ventilated and has got good options considering a bigger family. Also is very close to Ram Janmabhumi Mandir so we can actually walk to the Mandir.

Total mismanagement of customer service. No support staff is available for resolving any issue. No mosquito repellent is available in the room. Non supply of bathroom materials like oil, soap etc.

The hotel was easy to locate and the place was very clean. The owner was very welcoming and helped us visit all the places im ayodhya. The hotel is nearby ram mandir and saryu river making it easily accessible to all the places. It also has place cooking facilities.
