I have paid rs. 3000. 00 but it is not worth for rs. 900 to rs. 1100. 00 it is not hotel it is a lodge near by bus stand. I have not stayed in this lodge. I have came with my family. Please dont book in this hotel. It is 100 % cheating. I could not cancel this booking no refund. If possible please refund my money.

Budget friendly stay for normal people without high expectations as 2 or 3 star hotels. Near by yercaud bus stand so you can't expect scenario views from balcony.

Terrible Stay
This hotel is terrible as there is no drinking water, water flush doesn't work, and there is a lot of disturbance around the hotel. The fan regulator doesn't work. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Sir, due to unavailability of rooms, we were forced to put you on at another hotel hotel for the first day. Apologies from our stay. But the second day you were accomodated in an upgraded room at Hotel Shoba with extra time too which you didn't mention in your review. Anyhow thanks for your review sir
Terrible Stay
The trip to yercaud was nice but the stay in shoba annex was terrible, it was total waste of mony and time, no hot water in rooms, worst room conditions. There is no hotel indication board. Hope good hotels are provided in next trips.

Terrible Stay
Place around the hotel is very crowded, that's because the property has hired out a portion on rent for bank. Car movement is very difficult. The entire hotel was vacant except for my room. No caretaker available. Very very poor ambience. Even water was not served. Lots of disturbance from neighborhood as local reside. In addition dogs howling and children making a big noise. Overall place is not peaceful. Will never come here again and will not suggest anybody to come here.

Average Stay
Booked shoba annex hotel after checking photos of the main building. While check in they told that they have 2 building which is opposite to the main hotel for which the name was shoba residency. The building is old and not up to the mark.

Excellent Stay
It's good experience for my occasion, the hotel staffs approached well, and stays also well with my family. Rooms are clean and hygiene, water and power also good, services are good, thanks to all.

I have booked 3 bedrooms apartment but while i reached the place i got only 2 bedrooms cottage. They didn't give any discount for this changes. Call me

Sir, for your kind information, you had not booked a three bedded APARTMENT. You had booked three STANDARD rooms at Shoba Annex. As one of our guest continued for another day, alternate arrangements were made for you. The cottage given to you was an upgraded one. Due to this tariff, it is not possible for a discount. Anyhow, if you found it inconvenient, apologies on our behalf sir.
